Where applicable, qualifying energy-efficient systems (such as air-to-air heat pumps) installed in residential properties will be quoted at 0% VAT in accordance with current UK government incentives. Commercial properties remain subject to standard UK VAT rates unless specified otherwise by HMRC exemptions.
For installation projects, a parts deposit may be requested prior to engineering works commencing on-site. Balance payments are due strictly upon completion of the handover and commissioning phase unless alternative commercial credit terms have been formally agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or modifications to scheduled service calls. The client guarantees safe and unobstructed access to both indoor and outdoor system equipment locations at the arranged appointment time.
All new equipment installations are backed by their respective manufacturer warranties (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic).
